Ranks

The Gladiators consists of eight ranks. They are listed below.

Squire - Every Starting Members Rank

Private - one week of service in the guild

Commander - shown an act of guild devotion before and officer, and has spent two weeks time or 10g bank deposit

Lieutenant - countless shows of dedication to guild or a prominant raider, plus one months time spent

General - raid leaders.

King (Officer) - As a King you are considered an Officer within the guild. It is your job to help the guild in any way possible. You are allowed to attend Guild Meetings also, and have a fair say in every decision made within the guild.

High King (Council Member) - As a High King you are the most trusted and respected among the guild. Be warned that this position is not always easy and requires a strong dedication to the guild. High Kings are divided into special rankings (See Below)

Guild Leader - (Assistant GM) is a position for one guild member whom has shown dedication, kindness, and a great attitude towards the guild. This person deserves our respect and Honor, for it is the Assistant GM's job to be acting GM during times when the GM is not available. This includes leading raids, handling disputes and holding meetings. The current Assistant GM is Thordor.

Class Leaders

Class Leaders are charged with the responsibility of delegating gear to the members of the class who attend raids, and have good attitudes. The class leader assumes responsibility for members of the class. Class leaders are the go-to guys/gals for any questions required by members of the class. The class leader is rewarded with a position of power, but assumes responsibilities for managing their class and appointing gear drops. Class Leaders are to keep up on the stats of all the the raiders within their class (Meaning Lvl 70's). Class Leaders are also responsible for recruiting others of their class to join.

How can I be Promoted?

I always have members asking me this so allow me to explain it here. You can be promoted by participating in guild events, guild chat, and other guild related issues. Your dedication and kindness will never go ignored! However to be promoted you must also have been in the guild for a minimum of one week to receive your first promotion. A final note on this issue, Please don't ask me for a Promotion, I will ignore your question and it will likely lower your chances of receiving a promotion in the near future. With this in mind, if you truly want to be promoted you can always ask me how you can help out, I will respect and appreciate this greatly!
